Labor Day Weekend 2011

We had a very, very active Labor Day Weekend. Jeremy finished his first week of kindergarten on Friday and received 1 prize for accumulating enough stars for following directions over the entire week and then he received a second prize for completing a summer reading challenge. Great kid. On Saturday, we continued to get an enormous amount of use out of our pool and had another pool party with a former classmate from Jeremy's Chinese school and good friends of us. Sunday had us at our 3rd San Jose Giants game this year with a good co-worker of mine and Monday the 4 of us drove down to Monterey Bay. Tiring weekend but very fun and of course, the best part, very family oriented! See pics/videos below....first 2 pics, Sara is trying on Pam's hat

My favorite one. One of the only ones where I'm with BOTH children and the pics where I'm with both of them are my favorite ones :)

The below 2 pics is Jeremy and Sophie about 2.5 years apart. They always say girls mature faster than boys, but nothing hits home like this pic! Jeremy just looks bigger than before, but Sophie looks bigger AND more mature. Pretty cool contrast.
