Christmas 2010

December is a busy month for us. Lots of things going on. First, we bought a house, and we had to jump thru hoops to get the loan. Thanks to Rick's diligence and patience handling all these affairs with grace we will finally close next week.

Jeremy has shown a lot of improvements. He adjusted quickly to a new environment at Greenleaf chinese school, and he was actually coloring! He also enjoyed the outings to museums and parks! We are very pleased.

Christmas week had a lot of rain, good for our summer water supply, not good for outdoor activities. But the Franciscos carried on our Christmas tradition and visited the San Jose Christmas in the Park. Jeremy was a lot more into the displays and Sara was already fascinated by the moving, colorful displays and the crowd. Jeremy even requested to get on the carousel ride.

On Christmas morning, the kids were opening gifts! Thanks Auntie Ronnie, Uncle Mo! Thanks Auntie Peggy! Jeremy got a gift from Santa too. Since he told the teachers that Santa never comes to our house before the holidays, so Santa decided to visit this year!

Sara had a first play date with her little friend, Zoe. While big brother was playing with his friend. The play date went so well, we decided to go to their house for dinner afterwards.

On December 27, we celebrated Popo's birthday to Dimsum with my cousins and then we had a nice cake at home during dinner time. Happy 72 birthday, Popo!

Jeremy had some more bonding time with dad and went to the Hiller's airplane museum. Dad also bought the same long johns pajamas to be like the nut. cute.
