Daycare begins!

This Monday, JC is going to finally start school! This is going to be interesting. Pam has taken him a few times for an hour over the past week, and he is excited for the first few minutes, plays around, starts to look for familiar faces, cries, gets his attention diverted again, then cries again. According to the teachers, that's pretty normal. Both Pam and I are pretty confident he will adjust just fine. Popo leaves us next Saturday. We have been very, very grateful that she has selflessly given us her time and has been so good to JC. It will be sad but it had to come some day. She has her own life back in New York, and JC has to start socializing and gaining independence anyway. Easier now than later. OK that's all for now. Check back soon.
