Happy September
Sara's a delight to be around these days, I love coming home seeing her! She has learned to dance on demand, and expressed a lot of curiosity around tons of stuff. She's also very verbal lately, learning the numbers 1-9 and able to say a lot of things in both Cantonese and English. Of course, Jeremy's a great teacher!
Some pictures below from Rick's co-worker's picnic in San Mateo in early September. Both Sara and Jeremy had a great time. Today we went to a YSI wildlife festival. Sara touched a tortoise, multiple snakes and saw a lot of frogs, birds and Chinchilla. Jeremy touched a cow leg bone, snake skins, cow rib bone (he told me it protects the cow's heart) and he very gently touched a Boa constrictor too! We had a great time. Love these kids.
Tomorrow's Sara's first day to daycare. I am both excited and a bit nervous. But I am sure it would not be as hard as Jeremy's first day 5 years ago.
