Another big update

We have not had a chance to update the blog because we took on another remodeling project. 10 days and $7575 later, we have gotten lovely and modern hall bath (for Jeremy and guests) and a new powder room downstair. We are very pleased with the project and the result. It is like big new present. Glad to have all the remodeling done before new baby Sara comes, pretty proud that preggy was able to manage this.

Downstairs powder room, replaced toilet, vanity, counter, mirror, lights and fixtures and new paint! This is the room that started the whole project because of the broken toilet...






Upstairs hall bathroom fully renovated. New porcelain tile floor, new shower tiles, new toilet, new vanity, new light and mirror, and new fixtures, new everything...I wish this would be mine!













Jeremy's dressing up in his dragon outfit for his Halloween parade in school. For the past 4 years, he has never had a happy Halloween parade picture, he always cries when he saw me. :-)
