Incredibly, unbearably hot the last few days. In the 90's, I think even pushing 100 today. Pretty rare for our neck of the woods. We're typically right in that sweet spot of 80 degrees - humidity is rarely ever a factor. Today was a scorcher though. We decided to head back out to Shoreline Park but instead of riding the bike we jumped in a paddle boat to enjoy the park from the water. We rented the boat for an hour but with no shade in sight, and the sun scorching on us we only lasted about 25 minutes before we retreated for ice cream and lemonade (and a short bike ride afterall)! Jeremy was raring to go though. When we got back to the dock, he wanted to test out the blue one instead of the red one we were in. We overruled him though, for his own good!
