Last Post of Holiday with kid 2008-2009

As a family on the move, and to make sure Jeremy is part of the generation where their every move is recorded, we went hiking again in the Los Trancos Open space reserve on 1/3/09. There are so many open space reserves and big areas of wilderness on Skyline blvd, the winding road to get there was making both Rick and me dizzy. But the view was fantastic! Kudos to those bikers who huffed up there.

Look how small he is at the trail's entrance

What a view from the top!

happily running around in wilderness

Cool hiking dude

The day after the new year was miserable here in the bay area. So, we took the kid to Coyote point museum and zoo by the airport, Jeremy was so taken with one of the airshutes, he played with that thing for like an hour...and didn't even try to make an effort to see those sleepy animals.

The weather outside

Father and son kissing...gross

All the 10ish animals they have there are either hiding or sleeping...I would too on such a rainy cold day
