A minor scare

Heard the phrase "in a blink of an eye"? With the crappy weather we had here today, we ended up going to the mall to get out of the rain. As Pam was shopping I took the little guy to the children's play area. There had to be about 50 kids of various ages playing on the play structure there. I put Jeremy down and let him roam around the area never keeping my eyes off of him (more because most of the other kids were much older and I didn't want him to get knocked down hard). As he was playing around, I watched him walk from one side of a very tall play structure to the other. The entire time he would be hidden from view was going to be approximately 3 seconds. I waited for him to re-appear on the other side and I did not see him. Talk about your heart dropping. I jumped up very quickly and walked to the side of the play structure that was hidden from my view. Now before we left, I was the one who put his shoes and sweater on, but at that exact instant I could not recall what he was wearing. Pretty frantic in my head at this point, I finally saw him at another play area. The entire episode lasted about 20 seconds in real time. In my head, however, it lasted like an hour. Never want that to happen again. Man could it happen quick.

He's been learning more and more. Here's a video of the new song he's learned, although his discography is about 10 songs big now. This is just one.
