Well JC has grown out of another baby essential. His high chair can no longer contain him, so we've put a booster seat onto one of our dining room chairs and he sits with us at the adult table now. Another piece of infant equipment to give away. All's left is the car seat and the stroller. He grows very, very fast.
It was a beautiful weekend here in Northern California. As the rest of the county prepares for the deep freeze, we had clear blue sunny skies and 75 degrees. Forecasting 80 by Wednesday. That allowed us to do some househunting over the weekend as we are looking to diversify the portfolio through real estate. That also means, if the timing is right, and any family members decides they want to relocate to Cali (which we would love), you may have a place to rent!

Why are you guys giving away your baby stuff? No baby #2? You could think of baby #2 as diversifying your portfolio. Think of it as an investment, except you will never get any money back.
I would really love to see your blog as your baby#2 comes along...
