JC went to see the doc for a 9 month check up yesterday. He is 22lb 12 oz, 30 inches, 75th percentile in weight, 90th percentile in height, and 95th percentile for his big head. The doc and the nurse were sad that JC has to move away. They have seen him since he was born. It was emotional for us too, they have been very very helpful and nice.
He also has weaned himself almost completely except for once or twice at night, so after 9 months, he will be having supplemental formula. Since he is a big kid, the doc also said he would be slow in crawling or walking, all are well and normal. He is one big healthy kid. Whew, what parent wouldn't like to hear that! :o)
We are bidding on a town home in Mountain View today, the asking price is $800K, for a 1928 sq ft, 3 bed 3 bath place with no yard. But the location is very convenient, walking distance to shopping and parks. There will be multiple offers for the currently most expensive town house, it is a jungle out there! Wish us luck and pray for us!
