Finally!

Every other baby we saw in the mall, in supermarkets, friends' kids, in the parks are all smiles, from birth to 18 months, all were born laughing, not JC, he was always a very serious dude. This past weekend, he has finally come around, and all of a sudden, like the sun breaking thru clouds, all smiles! Just a waving of a paper bag, making a face, singing a song or even just poking his belly, he will smile, giggle and laugh! You can't imagine how please we are, and the parenting experience is finally become rewarding, never mind the stinky stuff, the carrying around, the rocking to sleep, as long as there is a toothless grin, we are all happy!

JC has become the model kid, we took him to Boston, to restaurants, the park, the mall, no problem at all. We would eat our food, he would eat his mush, everyone is happy! It has been a blissful weekend, we could just see mobility and freedom in the coming months! Yeh, Freedom!
