Birthday eve

Hey all. Second post from daddy. Glad to see we're getting some comments on our board, we do read them all even if we don't respond to them all. Long time no blog (for me at least). 36 years old tomorrow. Geez. I guess I can still call myself mid-30's, but in 12 months I'll be in my late 30's. 2 years from now will be my high school's graduating class 20 YEAR REUNION! Next year will be my 10 year reunion from grad school! I am 72 times as old as my son. I believe I'm close to half my life expectancy - don't know for sure, but it's close. Still feel 20 though.

Everything else is status quo. JC is doing great, Pam and I have returned to our everyday working stiff selves and my California job search continues. Walmart.com informed me that they have decided not to fill the position. Currently working on 5 different California companies: Dot Hill Systems in Carlsbad, Toyo Tire in Cypress, Callaway Golf in Carlsbad, IDEO in Palo Alto and today a hot one came my way - Raytheon in El Segundo. All of them are for various logistics and supply chain positions. We will be back in CA at some point, just a bit longer than I expected. Still hoping to make it out of here before the first snowfall, but that's looking in jeopardy.

Travel plans to Detroit have changed a bit - now scheduled for Christmas (which is better anyway as it will allow us to stay longer than just a weekend). That's all for now. Hope y'all feel caught up.
